Baumhower's Victory Grille Lee Branch

I've been to this restaurant so often in the last 20 years. The food was very good today as it was always the service was by far the worst thing I've ever seen on this earth in my 51 years. I was there for the iron bowl. When I sat at a table in the bar, the restaurant was not very busy. The waitress took my drink and appetizer order, which was good. 40 minutes later. I don't exaggerate this part. My brother came to me. My waitress wasn't back to check me out once. My brother flew another waitress 10 minutes to his arrival for a drink. The table next to us was occupied by a couple. They waited for 20 minutes and asked me who was the waitress. Finally, I went to the host and asked a young man who served this area. He answered, I don't know, but I will definitely find out. 10 minutes later nothing. The people next to us went to the bar for drinks there. A nice girl named Smaragd worked at the bar. I left everything on my table and brought to the bar where Smaragd gave us a good service for the rest of our visit. I've never been brought closer by a manager or something like I was there every 4 hours. Horrible horrible terrible!!! It wasn't in the middle of a shift, so don't try.

We often go out for hot wings. These were the best I had in a long time. Brooks was also a big server. Very nice and attentive.

Had a great dinner here. Was a little loud with the college football matches, but that was to be expected. Friendly staff, quick service. Had fried shrimps that were crispy and tasty. The sweet potato fries with the diving sauce were dying. I'm going back.

The food was excellent as always. I love this place. Very nice staff and delicious food. What else can you ask? Also the bartender who works tonight (Oct 29) was great. Take care of me and keep my drink full. Wonderful service!

I love this place. Staff is amazing. They are starting to give less and less sauce on the wings... I asked and paid for extra wet and still more than half you could pick up and not get Buffalo sauce on you. Still love the wings, flavor and size. And the staff really are the best.
