OMG, this place is incredible. I've never seen such decadent milkshakes. Crazy. Various cupcakes and homemade cinnamon rolls!

I love the cupcakes! The staff was friendly and helpful, and that day they ran a cupcake special. Now that I ate her, I wish I had more! I had the strawberry milkshake, caramel, Key Limette and Oreo all delicious. Stop if you have a sweet tooth!

OMG! The service was great. The Fudge Sundae was brilliant and the cinnamon role?. Worth the stop and the experience as a whole.

4 for taste, 2 for presentation, and 2 for business practice. Despite multiple conversations, and text messages with supportive images, my request was not carried out. I ordered a birthday cake for a 1920s/Great Gatsby themed dinner. They were very professional and appeared to be organized throughout the entire process. I was surprisingly disappointed when picking up my order. I was so appalled, I failed to take a picture of the first cake. It did not feature a name or a number, rather, it was an edible print of a picture I sent for inspiration. When I requested that they place a number, the decorator took it upon herself to place a whimsical number and add some paint splatter at her discretion. It was completely off theme and looked sloppy and childlike. I asked her to redo it. They ran out of the smooth paper needed, and tried to use a blurred print. Pic 1 was the product of that second attempt. At this point, the more we tried to correct, the more damage was done to the cake. After a discussion with the owner, we came to an agreement to put a name and number with a clean, defined border. Pic 2 was the final result. Unfortunately, this is what was presented to my sister 10 minutes before my party. The cake tasted good, but it was the only element of the party not on theme, and looked like an amateur cake. I was embarrassed to present this to the guest of honor. I regret trusting this company with such an important element of a special event. They lacked the skill and visual acumen needed to bring our vision to life. They should stick to cupcakes and simple event cakes.I was also told that I would receive some money back for the trouble, but I have not been contacted by anyone since then. My suggestions for the owner are to let whomever is designing the cake meet with the client for the final discussion, and to present some type of visual so that there is no confusion as to what the customer wants. Follow up with customers after their event, especially the unsatisfied ones. Also, please be people of your word, and do what you say you 're going to do.
