Finally a place that not only got my order right, but got soouu sweet and even my keks! thanks for your quality! it was a wonderful experience today!

Went through the drive through and got a three piece meal box. The chicken looked like someone started eating it. Customer service was good and the food was terrible ?

I have never in life paid 4.00 for 2 cups of ice. Cashier at window stated she will have to charge for 2 large drinks. Why not have in place a cup for ice alone with a price and she was not friendly at all and closed window with an attitude.

I wish I could give a negative 0 ordered chicken sandwiches for my kids after a long hard day of work because I didn't feel like cooking. Got home kids food was cold chicken sandwiches burnt fries cold. If I hadn't been so tired I would have driven back there. I was so upset and never again will I ever go there again ?

Wish there was a way of having negative stars. Service is terrible. Sign on the door says they are open for Drive Through, in person and carry out but the doors are locked. more than one of us standing outside the people can see us but do nothing to come help. Called and they said it was only drive through and when I asked why the sign on the door said they were open they hung up, tried calling back but they simply don't answer. contacted corporate help number and they also could not understand why they would say one thing on the door but not be doing it. I know that I asked for someone from the store to reach back out and explain how they are training employees on service and if that was acceptable, but no surprise never got a call.If you want Chicken go to Chick Fil A. They are fully staffed(even during covid) dining room is open and they are polite and treat their customers with respect
