It is eccentric, it is not your typical chic high tea. The food was delicious and that it is most important for me. The tea was bagged, but the brand Teavanna and pretty good. The Scones were warm and some of the best I had. The sandwiches were surprisingly fantastic. Really nice salmon. Besides, it is not as expensive as most high tea. Our server was also super sweet. It wasn't the typical high tea, but we had a very nice time.
This restaurant is a lovely and cozy spot. The food was delicious, although it could have been hotter. They offer "Tea Parties" once again, but be sure to book in advance. We were told on the phone that reservations were not necessary for our tea party, but upon arrival, we found out this information was incorrect. Located in downtown Birmingham, you can take a stroll and explore other shops after your meal.
Our experience was amazing! Had a party of 12 for my sister's birthday. The atmosphere is amazing that we loved the theme of Alice in Wonderland we heard that renovations will soon come and hope that it will stay as with the Mad Hatter theme, that was just reason for choosing this place! Our server Bow Tie was nothing but amazing. He is definitely meant to do the job he does, and it shows that he loves what he does. Will definitely return!
The server was excellent! The atmosphere at the restaurant was charming. The food was tasty, but unfortunately they were out of many items. The menu had limited options.
We had to try a lot of food and everything was amazing. Shoutout to our waiter/bartender for running the show.
