Magic Wok Chinese Take Away

Various items missing from order so had to return with cold meal. Manager agreed to replace missing items but would not replace entire meal offering instead to put my other dishes back in the pan to warm them up. When I asked for a full refund he refused to talk to me and instructed his counter staff to tell me to Fxxx off. I secured my refund then enterred the kitchen via an open door to talk with him and explain the error of his ways........ and noticed that my returned meal was already being carefully unboxed!!! One to be avoided!

I ordered food at 20:35 and was told the food would be 40-45 minutes at 9:50 I decided to ring being told it was 5 minutes away. At 22:10 (20 minutes later) it was delivered. Delivery guy was very polite but the food was stone cold. Paid £16 for stone cold food which I couldn’t heat up after waiting for nearly 2 hours!! Not impressed

We often order from this restaurant because of its diverse menu options and excellent quality. The prices are reasonable and it is conveniently located near us. The staff is friendly and courteous.

I have used these a few times, each time the food is getting worse!!! Today i purposely asked for fresh chips with my order. The person serving did not acknowledge anything i said and put my change on the counter with no please or thank you,even with my order being nearly £15....... Well yes you guessed. They had placed a couple of fresh chips on the top and the rest were disgusting!! I called and asked them had they purposely given me hard stale chips after asking for fresh???? They told me that they were fresh and they cook them first and wait till needed to re cook .... HOW THE HELL IS THIS FRESH!!!!! NEVER AGAIN

Prawn curries and black bean chicken, superb food, unsure as to why the other reviews are so appalling?
