I feel compelled to feedback on my experience in the harvester. It was my 13 year old son’s birthday and we had booked a table for 8pm . We were running slightly late so called the restaurant before 8pm to let them know we were running slightly late. We were told that our table would be cancelled if we were not there by 8.15pm. We arrived at the restaurant at 8.15 /8.16pm. We were told by the assistant manager that our table was cancelled as it was after 8.15pm (by about 30 seconds if that on my watch . The assistant manager gladly referred to the terms and conditions of the booking. She offered no resolution and lacked any good will . Since when did restaurants turn paying customers away and where has any form of common sense and resolution focused customer service gone?
