K2 Chippy In Blackburn

Yesterday evening, a friend and I decided to try out K2 Chippy. Initially, we were headed towards Kebabish but changed our minds as it seemed like it might close soon. The person who served us was friendly and accommodating. After placing our order, we had to remind them to clean our table, which they did promptly. When our food was ready, we were disappointed to see that the lamb and chicken curries were served in yellow plastic containers typically used for chips. We asked for cutlery, but they only had plastic forks, so we had to transfer the curries into other containers ourselves. The quality of the dishes was below average – the chicken was tough and the lamb had a strange smell. They also forgot our kebabs, which we had to remind them about. The only positive aspect of our experience was the friendly staff member who took our order. Unfortunately, the food was unappetizing and I do not plan on returning to K2 Chippy.

I ordered a large chicken kebab but received a small one instead. I requested the meat to be thinly sliced, but I had to wait over an hour for my order. It took an additional 15 minutes to receive the food after being told it was ready. The chips were also soggy.

I have been a loyal customer at K2 Raj for many years and have always appreciated the excellent customer service. However, my recent experience ordering through Just Eat was disappointing. Despite requesting extra salad in my order, the food arrived with barely any salad, just a few strands of cabbage. The chicken kabab I ordered turned out to be small pieces of chicken Tikka instead of grilled chicken as I had expected. I usually have a great experience at K2 Raj, so I was surprised by the letdown this time. I recommend ordering directly from the restaurant and being specific with your preferences to avoid any misunderstandings. K2 Raj, I know you are capable of better than what I received. Please continue to uphold your high standards and quality in every meal. Salad may seem like a small detail, but it truly completes a dish and enhances the overall dining experience.

I am a regular takeaway eater and this is by far the best in Blackburn. Mixed Grill on naan is my usual go to order. The Persian Lamb is also good. I love their chips and you always get a big portion.

I thought i would try here, i ordered my food but on the way home a girl was trying to commit suicide so i calmed her down and called authorities. Once she was safely with then i called here to cancel as i was still with the police and shook up. I explained the situation to which i got the reply bulls**t . So heres a photo of the scene and thanks for been so compassionate k2. I really will never recommend your place ever again.
