Moe's Southwest Grill Blacksburg

The Burritos are pretty good. Meat is not the best of the world, but it is not bad. The service was fast and the prices were decent (especially if you go on Monday $6 Burritos). The Burrito comes with chips and there are 5 different salsas to choose from. I had her queen before and it's delicious, but it costs extra. Altogether, pretty good.

My friend, I love Moes, or at least we have it. In our recent visit (yesterday) we found that they had changed their order method from a cafeteria line-up style to a point of sale with a list of ingredients. Although it does not seem like a big thing, there is a visual element to order food that is appreciated. In addition, on a Friday night, which the POS could hardly use, they had all new staff. We had hoped to eat as we put 30 minutes in the parking machines, at the time we received our order, went back 2 minutes to the car, it only 8 minutes. 22 minutes to get in front of us by 5 people and our orders are extremely slow for this place. It's strange, this Moes visit made it like a shadow of his former self.

I left the Virginia Tech site. It's a short walk from where I work. I came around 1240, at the door was a handwritten note, “Kash or online order only”. I went into the door, it was locked. I saw someone sitting at a stand, he looked at me, but not blown up from his seat. I started my online order and stopped in the middle to call and confirm that they were open. The Lord who answered the phone said they were open, I told him the door was closed. He said, "Let me check it," he came back to the phone to tell me he had unlocked it. I completed my online order and went back to pick it up. While waiting for my order, I saw a Nintendo switch and a drink at the same booth as mentioned before. Although it was handed over to me immediately after wrapping, my Burrito was cold. The chips I received were burned. When I looked through the chip bag, I could eat a handful.

Moe's completely stopped our orders. We've been eating at this moe's for almost a decade, and it used to be one of our favorite fast foods. For the past year it is so bad that we refuse to order online, they get these orders incorrectly 100% of the time. But today we went personally to observe how they make our food, and they still managed to put ingredients in the food I did not order (because I cannot eat them). So we come home, open our food and I literally can't eat it. It happened so often that we can't count.

Crunchy rice, cheese tasted off, they remade my bowl with seasoned rice was still awful. 10/10 would not recommend. Won't be back. All 4 of us had a awful experience
