Tony Pepperoni - BLD Oceanside

Poor service and the manager, confronted me out near the parking lot, because he felt offended that they got my order wrong and wanted a refund instead of waiting another 40 minutes for them to redo the order and I complained, I was told by the manager not to ever comeback, he claims they are not a franchise, the place is a zoo when they get busy and get the orders wrong sometimes but what is surprising is the manager claims he can do what he wants, I tried to make contact with the owner to no avail, poor customer service, the manager also claims he store is unrelated to the other tony pepperonis, yet they have meetings between all the managers from different locations, he doesn’t know how to run a business very well and one day he will be sued.

This is my favorite local hang out! Just enough cold beers on tap...(not 50 so it so hard to decide and you always end up with fomo) And the best pizza. I always order the same pizza and I think it shoud have a name on the menu it is so good. Check this out: sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms, white onions on sesame seed crust! Once you try The Tom you may never order another pizza. By the way, tons of tvs and they are always very accommodating to your viewing desires. Oh, and games for the kids too... what are you waiting for?

Pizza was good but the sodas were all flat and super sweet wasn't good at all, went when it was extremely busy so I get that the service wasn't all that great but willing to give it another

Overall, it was a good experience. The remodel looks great. Wings were delicious (lemon pepper and buffalo). They have June Shine ??. The only critique is that our pepperoni pizza was lacking cheese and was extra heavy on the sauce.

It's my favorite pizza place in town! Can't get much better than this!
