I bought eight pc chicken and got five breast , two like wings and only one leg. Then I've never tasted fried chicken so bad!
I can see why they are so slow all the time. Soupy coleslaw pasty gravy and what the heck were those 2 little nuggets that were counted as 2 pcs of chicken in the 8 pc. The biscuits were hard and cold and not really sure what they tasted like. And theplace was not clean at all. Didnt even have enough to feed everyone. Definitely not worth the money. Welp, I have to go to thestore now. I'm hungry. If I ran my restaurant this way as a GM I would be embarrassed.
They had alot of hot and fresh chicken for sale whenever I come by. Manager Karina addressed any of my issues immediately. My only suggestion is that the franchisee or owner take a SMALL investment and power wash the outside of building, especially atdrive thru and paint it to look good and professional...currently not up to par
I bought food here last night. The guy at the window used the same gloves to take payment as he used to make my food. He then had the nerve to say that they are really busy and it?s only two of them there and the manager is out with covid. I thenpolitely asked him for a refund or if my food can be remade. He said since I paid with a card I had to call corporate. He saidthe food cannot be remade because the cook said they were already supposed to leave 30 minutes ago. I left LFC with no food ormy money. I called corporate last night and they said they will submit the issue to the store directly and someone will reachout to refund me. Over 24 hours later and I still haven?t heard from anyone. I will never go back, I honestly feel robbed atthis point ????
