Big Boy Burgers - Blue Summit

It's alright. ....we was disappointed it was our first time there. The meat seems like frozen processed chicken and burger which ok whatever but on the bacon cheese burger only one side of the burger had some cheese and it was heavy on the mayo the bacon was kinda hard the best thing was the onion rings and the spicy chicken sandwich was ok the flavor was there but the meat was hard and covered in mayo as well maybe we went at a bad time but didn't stand up to the reviews we read before we picked that place

Something is not the same. We have eaten here for 40 years, everytime we came to the city. But recently, we don't know what changed. The burgers and rings are not the same at all...the rings are way over cooked and no flavor...hard to chew. And the big boy burger is not what we enjoyed for over 40 years..we are so disappointed . WHAT HAPPENED???? We recommended this place for years and years...not anymore.

Food is still good when they manage to get it right! I ordered 3 times through Uber eats first 2 times they left the onions on, I was stuck picking them out. The last order and final straw today was the wrong burger loaded with onions.... I don't suggest you order online here. Manager did refund on the last order but...

This is the second time I've gotten cold burgers and burnt onion rings. This used to be a go to place, now it's just gone downhill. So sad

We enjoyed our 2 Jr Cheeseburgers and the Onion Rings Tater tots were overflowing!!! We couldn't believe it compared to other fast food stores. They stand out on their Prices and their food products!!
