Seek to provide a vegan version of at least one appetizer and entree. Service is as you expected, attentive but constricted to the chefs options. The atmosphere is what it is. It is jammed in, stuck in a 'L ' layout with the bar centrally located to provide fast service. The entire restaurant has a pizza place and a banquet space next door.
I had the burrata salad and the chicken meatballs. Both were really amazing, but the sauce in the chicken meatballs was to die for.
I was visiting KC (took the train and I was on foot) and actually hopped in to get outta the rain. I saw their menu posted outside their door and decided to give it a try for a quick snack! They let me choose a wherever I wanted at the bar. I loved their little lunch menu selection. I wasn't all that hungry yet so I got the bruschetta and a coke. It was so delicious I wish I had had room for an entree! The bartender was quick to get to me and very welcoming. She made sure to check up on me and keep my soda filled while I waited for the rain to slow down. The staff were very welcoming and friendly!
Great food with a hip vibe. I have one suggestion. Please include the buttermilk chicken sandwich on your dinner menu.
What a great find. Visited this place on a sunny, 70 degree day. The windows and garage door were all open and fresh air coming in. We sat facing the outdoors. The burger is a must. Simply fantastic. And the scratch made tater tots were out of this world.Try the craft cocktails on the menu. You won’t be disappointed.
