Bob Evans - Bluefield

Entered the restaurant at 8:00 am. We were seated and basically forgot about being there. We were the only customers in there. We sat there for 12 minutes and no one approached us to ask if we wanted coffee etc. my husband had to get up and ask someone to wait on us. Once the waitress approached our table, it was obvious she had an attitude. Rudely asked us what we wanted to drink and if we were ready to order..she took our order without documenting it on a pad..once she brought our coffee, she sat it on the table and tossed the creamer and sugar. Totally ridiculous on how we were treated. We have gave Bob Evans our business for years and we are very generous when tipping. We immediately left and drove to the next town and had a wonderful experience at Cracker Barrel.
