Boca Wings Ribs - Boca Raton

I should admit, I’m more of a burger person, but I haven’t tried their burgers, so I can’t comment. I do enjoy good ribs, although I can’t speak to whether theirs are good or great. Occasionally, the people I dine with order salads, and they look enticing if that’s what you’re craving. The sandwiches also appear appealing, but I can’t provide any insight there either. What I do know is that I wouldn’t order wings anywhere else unless I absolutely had to. Strangely enough, I prefer ordering my wings “dry” or “plain,” with the sauce on the side. I appreciate the natural flavor of their wings and prefer to control the level of spice and moisture myself. To me, that says a lot: if the core dish is exceptional, it should shine on its own. The fun part at Boca Wings & Ribs is that their sauces are fantastic. I typically order medium and hot on the side, which costs an extra dollar unless my waitress is particularly generous. I love mixing the sauces as I devour my platter, and of course, I dip the curly fries in them too. The blue cheese dressing is the best around, and if I have one complaint, it’s that there isn’t enough celery that comes with your order. You can always ask for more, but I absolutely hate wasting any of that delicious blue cheese dressing, so I often order extra celery just to ensure I can clean out the container. They do have a wide variety of options, and I’m sure the other dishes are all good, but if you’re in the mood for wings—the real deal, cooked to perfection with the best flavors and traditional sauces—head over to Boca Wings and Ribs. Order a large 16-piece plain with extra celery and medium and hot sauce on the side, grab a cold drink, and relax while enjoying the best wings around. Oh, and I should mention, I’ve never tried the corn poppers, so don’t blame me if you can’t resist them either. My vegetarian daughter devours two baskets every time we visit—I might sneak a few from her when she’s not looking—but just like the wings, they’re so delicious they ought to be illegal. Enjoy!

This restaurant is fantastic! They have new management, and the wings, along with everything else, are truly excellent. They offer the best prices in the area, and their barbecue is top-notch as well. Be sure to try their brisket, smoked chicken sausages, and ribs too!

The service is better than the food but still not great.
