Mcdonald's - BOILING SPRINGS

I visited Boiling Sources, and it seems they are supposed to open at 6 PM. However, a staff member informed me that they actually open at 6:30 PM. I noticed about ten cars in the drive-thru, and it was frustrating that no one was being attended to. This seems crazy to me; they're losing business by opening late. They should be accommodating to people who are working and need to eat by opening at the announced time. If their hours have changed to 7 PM, they should make that clear. This was my first time there, but it will likely be my last. It’s not good for business overall.

The order was done quickly. The food was the same as all the other McDonald?s. You forgot the straws, so it's annoying. I mean, whoever enjoys throwing soda out of a cup without straw. This is California.

I ordered some nuggets and a sweet tea, but when I got to the window, the woman handed me a bag of nuggets and fries instead. I tried to calmly explain that this wasn't what I had ordered because I wanted to be polite. However, I was met with an unprofessional attitude, an unfriendly demeanor, and aggressive behavior as she handed me my food. Additionally, her hands looked very dirty, and she was wearing her mask incorrectly. I understand that working in fast food can be challenging, but I won't accept being treated with such blatant disregard.

The lobby doors were open, but they wouldn’t let me place an order because they claimed the lobby was closed. I guess I managed to slip in through a small opening. Oh, and I remember I had my Happy Meal keys with me. So we decided to go through the drive-thru, but it only accepted cash. What a hassle—especially since we only had a map on us!

Worst service ever! He waited in the drive for 20 minutes while the lady took the other drive thru orders and ignored our track completely. He asked to speak with a manager to wait in line. A little girl came into the window and was very rude! I don't think she was a manager! Uncompetent people!!
