Subway - BOILING SPRINGS

The workers exchanged my order and I wait for one, but the young was so friendly and so professional I couldn't get worse because he was so sweet, but he got my food quickly together and brought me out, is one of the best people and from fast eating with which I was busy in a because, I wish I could remember his name

My wife works as a medical professional all the way in Greenville, but we choose this location conveniently since we live in the boiling springs area. My wife orders from the drive thru this evening on her way to work and was made the wrong sandwich. She tells the young African American gentleman this and he takes the sandwich back. He brings a voided receipt and says that they have refunded our card and will remake the sandwich. After coming back a few times to confirm the bread and make of the sandwich, he comes by one last time to confirm her order number. She tells him her order number and the young man tell her that somehow someone inside the restaurant has the same number and tells her that she has to leave. Now my wife will have no meal tonight, we will not be returning to this location ever again!

The lady who made my sandwich was very friendly and fast. She did forget my vinaigrette but after I had sat down she brought me the vinaigrette in a little cup and apologized. Overall, a very nice experience. It was very clean inside.

For 2 days i have tried to order our yearly Christmas tray from the boiling springs sc subway...monday was asked to call back in 15 minutes...called back no answer...called again tuesday put on hold then hung up on called back and politely said i got disconnected and was rudely told something was wrong with my phone...told them nevermind i will order from somewhere else snd was told ok click hung up

Ordered a steak and cheese....the steak was cold and there was no cheese. Instead of making a new sandwich she wanted this sandwich back to just add the cheese........ horrible
