Chili's Grill - Boise

I've lived in Boise my whole life and used to love coming here, I don't know what happened to this location but it's fallen off bad. I've had multiple occasions this year that have left me beyond disappointed. Today I was at the store and was directed to stay outside for pickup. I wasn't helped at all. Not once. Makes me sad for my childhood go to:

Probably one of the better experiences I have had dining out in a while! Great service, great food and a very reasonable price.This is one of the best Carne Asada's I have had.

I was at dinner with my friends and a server who was not ours walked up to my table and told me to watch myself because of an old work conflict. we didn't even stay to eat because of the threat. we could clearly hear her and a blonde girl talking bad about me and cussing loudly. I will never come back and I will make sure no one I come in contact with wants to either.

I sat at the bar and my bartender was Brooklyn. I ordered the chicken wings, and the drumsticks were impressively large and not boiled. The manager, Manny, overheard me mention "Brooklyn divorce" and came over immediately. He not only addressed my concerns but also took the wings off my bill, which was beyond what I expected. I have to say, I wasn't particularly impressed with the wings in general; sometimes it just happens that way. Thank you again, Brooklyn and Manny! When I return to Boise, I will definitely come back to see both of you.
