Costa Vida - Boise

I've eaten at this CV location regularly for years now. I don't know how many thousands of dollars of my income I've spent here. I know that times are tough for many, but the quality and consistency here has gotten worse over the past few months. The portions have gotten smaller and smaller. It seems like a lottery every time I eat here, and I really want this location to succeed because it's an important part of the downtown Boise restaurant scene. I recently went to another CV location while traveling and they were weighing the salads and using scoops to make sure portions were consistent. Please take that as a suggestion!

I had an amazing experience dining here for the first time, and I will definitely return!

I enjoy every visit here! The sweet pork salad is a must-try!

This is a fantastic spot for a quick lunch. I really loved the wet verde burrito!
