I live near this restaurant, just a minute walk away. The food arrived cold and unappetizing. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I would not recommend this place at all. I had food delivered from here last night and it was tasteless, like eating cold cardboard.

I ordered a burger, which was left on a table to go cold while they prepared some chicken and chips for my wife. When I asked why my burger was left to go cold, I was told it wouldn't be cold because it was on a warming table. However, it was indeed cold when I received it. I do not recommend dining at this restaurant as I felt I was deceived.

£11.50 for i small kabab and one small shish like rubber kabab cold never again salad not put on kabab or shish not enough sauce

Used fratelli for years. Got our delivery with toppings on the pizza missing and other item was wrong. I rang for a replacement pizza. The lad on the phone said to keep the other pizza or put it in the bin. We decided to eat half of eat whilst waiting another 40 minutes for delivery as we was getting hungry. The delivery driver wanted the other pizza back. I explained that I was told to keep it. I then got a phone call from the owner telling me off for eating it. What was they going to do with it? Reheat it for someone else’s order?
