Golden Village - Bolton

The food quality at this restaurant is extremely lacking. This was my first time ordering from here in a while, and it will be a long time before I consider giving it another try. My meal was overcooked, while my daughter's was undercooked. They really need to pay more attention to customer orders and expectations, as people won't forget a bad dining experience.

This restaurant serves incredible food that I can't get enough of. It is one of the best local Chinese takeaways in my area. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to try Chinese cuisine in Bolton.

Called here for a quick take away, chose the salt and pepper chicken wings, spicy vermicelli and a chicken foo yung. Overall it was nice, service could have been a little quicker as food was ordered and being told 20 minutes we had another 15 mins when we arrived to collect.

The food at this restaurant used to be good, but it seems to be declining slightly. The delivery service takes too long, and there always seems to be something missing from the order. Make sure to check your order thoroughly once it is delivered. I have started picking up my orders to ensure accuracy and faster service.

I went to golden village as my granddaughter was hungry so was the closest place , I live nearby and haven't been myself for a long time , and now I remember why .. it was not worth the 1 star given but as I couldn't give less I would take that away given chance .. ordered fish and chips .. simple and should not be difficult to get right .. wrong it was inedible . The fish was clearly a frozen square piece .. no fresh fish is EVER SQUARE. The chips pale and chewy , the batter thick and over cooked . Over all it was rubbish and the cat would not even eat it . Never again . Many years ago this chippy had a good reputation I should of saved my money.
