M.t. Belly's - Bolton

I've not been for years but have been a few times recently. I've really enjoyed my Chicken Tikka kebab and the the lads are really friendly. Prices are fair. I always pickup and so have no experience of home delivery.

I waited for one hour and twenty minutes for my order, only to find out that it was cancelled because the restaurant couldn't meet the delivery time. They didn't even bother to inform me.

Deffo sont order from MT bellys because thats what you will have by the time your food came ordered at 8.29 and tried to deliver 10.25 ? Erm no thanks moment passed ended up going chippy abasalout rubbish

The restaurant maintains high standards of food and cleanliness. The staff is all very friendly and knowledgeable, and the food is served promptly and cooked perfectly. It also comes out very hot, which is a nice touch. I can't find any faults with anything at all and highly recommend it. I am ordering now.

I placed an order for food over the phone 2 hours ago. When I called, the man who answered was very rude and put me on hold for 5 minutes. I explained that my 2-year-old sister needed to eat because she was falling asleep. The food finally arrived 45 minutes later and it was cold. My sister didn't get to eat, and despite the terrible customer service, they still charged me the full amount. As a result, my sister went to sleep hungry.
