Marco's Pizza - Bonaire

First few times were great, but the last time I ordered around 7pm, kept being told it was on it's way, . I called them and requested a refund at 9:30, by 9:40 it was outside my door without being notified, but I saw when it arrived. I called them backbecause I still wanted my refund, the woman was very rude, which made me upset, then before I could say anything the woman hungup on me, and then shut down the phone service, my husband had to go up there to make sure we got our refund and they were stillopen taking orders, but the phone system were shut off. Customer service was poor for no reason. I guess she had a bad day anddecided to take it out on us, lol. It's not that deep, never again.

Placed and order for delivery. Called the store 15 minutes after the time it was supposed to be delivered and they still hadn?t made the order. The so called manager, Lovely said they are behind and can?t provide a time of when it will be delivered. Shewas extremely rude.

We ordered delivery for our first time trying Marco?s, the White Cheesy pizza was so good! The wings weren?t great, but I should?ve ordered them crispy so kind of my fault. Some like them less crispy!

Delicious pizza!! I had out of town guests so wanted to give it a try...glad we did! I will definitely go back ????

2nd time ordering for them and probably last because of rude Employees. I ordered my wings online a certain way and also called to make sure they could be cooked how I wanted. When I got there they were not, and when I asked for them to be fixed they toldme I would have burnt sauce if I wanted them fixed. I asked if they could re make them completely then and the guy just startedat me and then said yeah if you can wait 10 minutes and I said yeah that?s fine, I?ll wait. He just looked at me, He took thebox of wings and tossed them on a pile of boxes in the corner. No apology, simply did not care.. which is frustrating comingfrom someone who works in costumer service. It been 18 minutes, I?m still waiting on my wings. Update: I left without wings
