Arby's - Bonner Springs

Well I'm not sure what has happened to this place but this is like the 5th time I've been here and the dinning room was closed. Tonight it was closed at 8 when the sign said 9 then the workers were outside smoking instead of doing there job. So I had my 3year old daughter had to eat in the truck. The workers are rude and act like you are a inconvenience to them for being therecompletely unacceptable if you don't like people don't work in fast food.

The lady who works the drive through kept talking over me and kept interrupting when I was placing my order. Rude. Felt like I was being rushed and nobody else was in line

It took almost 20 minutes to get our order when we were the only ones, and then I had to turn around and get back the riders they forgot to put in the bag.

Oh definitely not impressed by the service watched 5 other people get eating while I waited half an hour for my eating and when I was asked for a few dings to be re-created, they were going to remake everything that knew how long that would have taken, but next time better service is what I'm looking for

What a shame that these people will hide the lights and make them look like closed after darkness so that this needs to be easy and not to the commands omg, where is the manager at? is profit no longer a priority?
