Wendy's - Boone

Slowest Wendy's I've ever seen in my life. Especially the drive thru at night. It wraps around, and many customers end up driving off. This is especially difficult for Doordashers who are trying to make money and have to sit in line for over an hour.

We love Wendy's, but at this location the Dave's Single patty was overdone. It was tough and crunchy on the edges. The chicken sandwich was very good though. We will give this location another chance.

Two story Wendy's? Yup. Pretty nice and clean. Food was a little meh but mostly because they were so busy. We waited almost 30 minutes for our order.

I had to go through the drive through twice to get my complete order, and the had the ghost pepper sauce on them.I 'm finished with the Boone Wendy 's.

Usually, I wouldn't write a negative review, as I typically enjoy dining at Wendy's. However, I’m feeling quite frustrated with how straightforward my order was and how easily it got messed up. I ordered a sausage biscuit combo on my way to work when the line wasn’t even busy. When I arrived at work and opened my breakfast, I discovered they gave me a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit instead of just a sausage biscuit. I wouldn't be so upset if I could simply remove the extra ingredients, but the cheese is all melted. I can't eat dairy due to severe gastrointestinal issues, so now I'm stuck with the wrong order. Unfortunately, I can't go back to the restaurant to fix it since I've already started my workday. In short, please double-check your order before leaving—getting the orders right is more important than rushing through the line.
