My pappardelle turned out to be a bowl of lukewarm pasta (no sauce) with a whole burrata plonked on top plus a bowl of uncooked shaved ham on the side. Some nice ingredients, but sort of do-it-yourself and strange combination. No choice of wine (one red, one white) and we were poured a glass each before we had a chance to taste.
