The food was ok. I got a star shot where the fried fish was unfortunately free. The servering servant unfortunately had a not positive attitude. A part of the experience by eating out is for me to serve, is smiling and arranged which also the louder mood.

Do not live up to the expectations, however, it was not operation as was the problem, it was the food, where price and quality were not in conformity.

WE popped in to this restaurant for a light lunch whilst touring the island. The food was excellent and the waiting service was excellent. It is midway in the price range and we felt that it represented good value. We all left feeling most satisfied. A very friendly atmosphere, and a good selection available on the menu

Food is good. The presentation of it is great, taste is good. Menu is small, but they are good in what they do. Thats the only good thing. To set the scene- the place is fine dining, also find dining prices and quality of food. Service… there are 5/6 waiters and there are none. We waited ourselves few times for any kind of service, our neighboors waited to ask for a bill for 10 min- we laughed about it, new guests waited for someone to greet them- they had to go and look after someone. We asked one of the waiters about their wine of the months- he didn’t remember and offered us to bring the bottle. To clarify- they had 5 red wines in total including monthly one. None of the waiters are smiling. It looks like they are not enjoying at all what they are doing. There is no system- we were served by all 5/6 waiters. Each brought us something. Sometimes they were asking if we ordered and so on. Like they didn’t know what they were doing. finally, we asked for a bill after 10 min of waiting. The young waitress brought it- food and tea, no wine i should have just paid it and saved 265 dkk, but i wanted it fair- stupid me . I told her we didnt have any tea, its wrong. Please bring us our bill- for the record, we still had our wine bottle standing on the table!!!!!!!! Our neighboors had tea so i asked- maybe it their bill? They have already left. She vague said- no, i dont think so…She is back in 5 min 5!!!!!! with cash of 25 dkk- return of the tea. The end.. i say- what is it? We didnt even pay the bill! Why are you bringing it back. Her- But you said you didnt have tea. Me- Yes, correct. We had wine and food. So i asked you for new bill. Her- i corrected it- no tea and brought you back 25 dkk. Meaning that we already paid it and now she is returning us the money. The end. Me obviously wrong, bit i got angry as i am expecting in such a restaurant a proper service and i clearly explained firstly that we didn’t pay anything yet because the bill is wrong are you stupid or smth? We haven’t paid the bill. I want to pay it and i told you we had wine instead of a tea- what is not clear there? She leaves with disgusted! Face. Cals her manager, who comes to read a lecture to me about me being mean okay, i agree. But she is not professional, is she????and i still don’t understand how can it get wrong when you are asked for a bill and you suddenly think it is already paid-. HOW???? And i explain- i just want to pay my freaking bill no freaking of course this time . And i actually want to pay more than you charged me! So what is a problem? Manager comes back, obviously no apologies from restaurant whatsoever in a proper restaurant we would get in the end of the day that bottle for free . Telling how they were wrong and i was wrong- yeah right….as i could see she realized that they tried to cheat themselves and i actually wanted to stop them. But no, i am just a mean person…. Conclusion- don’t go to that place. Find another. Food is good, but nowadays the resturant is everything- food, service, attitude. They have none of the latter 2. I would say they need Gordon Ramsey to turn that place around because they can’t survive just on good food.

This is a restaurant where you can also find the locals. The food is of good quality, the service is down right delightful. Are you visiting Bornholm then do not miss a meal at the old postoffice.
