Contribuisci feedbackGood evening. We ordered sushi at a certain time, but there was a half-hour delay. After waiting for 2 hours, we called to inquire about our order. When it finally arrived, it was not complete and one item was missing. We paid for a pizza that cost 600 rubles which was not included in the delivery. After calling the driver, he returned the money for the missing item. When we tried to call the restaurant to request the missing sushi, we were met with rude customer service and hung up on. It seems that our calls were being ignored. This level of service is unacceptable. Waiting 5 hours for an order that ends up with a 2-hour delay and missing items is not acceptable. Disappointing experience overall.
Out of all the Japanese restaurants in our city, Sushi Market on Leningradskaya stands out as the most delicious and high quality option. The staff is always attentive and helpful in guiding customers with their orders. It's disheartening to read negative reviews as it's clear that the hardworking staff are dedicated to providing excellent service. Wishing the restaurant continued success in pleasing their customers with their well-crafted dishes.
This place is perfect. The food is delicious and always fresh. Delivery is usually on time, and even when it's delayed, it's still tolerable.
I order sushi only there, fresh food, delicious and not expensive.
Good evening! Delivery was delayed by half an hour! The manager incorrectly entered the number because of which the courier could not contact on time!
