Outback Steakhouse - Bossier City

I requested a rare steak. It was overdone and tasted like shoe leather. So disappointed. The Shrooms were overcooked and came with no Ranch. I give up on Outback delivered food. The bread was good.

I received an incomplete order. I was missing all drinks, 1 baked potato, the chicken was cold, and the bloomin onion tasted burnt. Do not recommend.

The server was ashley g. great personality, person who likes to laugh and smile. and also the manager at the evening dinner chris. great and personable people. would be a customer, where they ever work?

Oh my gosh today’s experience was great!! Our waitress Ashley was the best. We’ve never had a better experience here!! Food was great and hot and fast out the kitchen. My lobster and steak were soooo good. 10/10 highly recommend

We had an amazing waitress, Kristina S. We were so impressed with her attention to detail and bubbly personality that we wanted to let the manager know. Because the service and food was excellent we told the manager we will be back! The manager had been recently promoted and she is doing a great job too.
