And for the fact it has a parking lot, it also should get a high rating, as in Roslindale, not all that much parking is available anywhere. What would make this Dunkin incredible would be if they added a drive thru. What better Dunkin to be open 24 hours if they have a drive thru? So for that unfortunate matter it just cannot be five stars. Regardless, the service is fast, the interior of the restaurant is clean and they seem to have a better stock of everything in the morning since the are constantly open. While not huge, there is still a good amount of seating inside and while it is rather busy, the staff do a great job getting people in and out. They have restrooms as well, which was clean (the employees at Staples tell everyone to come over here since they don't have one). Overall, it's clean and rather useful to have in the Downtown area of Roslindale. Definitely better than that mini Dunkin Donuts location by CVS and better than most of the other average or slow DD locations in the area. I will be returning if I was in the area again. 4 stars for this DD.
If this thing had negative stars, I would have to give it a negative 5. Had the most horrible experience at a Dunkin in my life. I had an issue with the DD Perks card that I wanted to use. Apparently the computer system had an issue scanning my card. The manager said it was MY card. Which by the way, had over 50.00 stored on it. So I asked how I get the money which was on the card, either switched to another card, or the cash equivalent. She looked at me like I was from outer space. She then said I couldn 't have my food for free. And then told me to leave. ??? WTF I didn 't want free food. If they treat their customers this way, I can only imagine how badly their employees are treated.
Terrible service and atmosphere, unprofessional employees. I walked in and asked for a regular coffee with a splash of cream, and it was overloaded with sugar as well. Then the employees started yelling at each other in front of customers over a sandwich. I then asked the nearest employee (who happened to be white) for help with the wi-fi, and rather than answer my question, she snapped at her Indian co-worker and aggressively pointed at me. Another employee tried to help me, and although she was unsuccessful in getting the internet to work, she did start cursing in front of me. It turns out the don't have customer wi-fi after all, but given that the AC keeps the place uncomfortably cold, that isn't a huge problem because I can't bear sitting in here much longer.
Open 24 hours (amazing for Boston!!! The employees always make it right without an obnoxious WHAT???!? . It 's around the corner from mi casa, bueno!!!!
I've been coming here for a while. I used to have a large ice coffee every morning. Now I switched to hot or iced tea. Sometimes even a nice cup of vanilla chai. Yummy. Their breakfast sandwiches are good. Too bad they don't have the Turkey Cheddar Bacon flatbread anymore. It was my favorite. Hash browns are really good. There is a lot of flavor in that. I love it. They tend to get really busy in the mornings so double check your sandwich or bagel orders. They screwed up on mine plenty of times. So what I would do is order sandwich or bagels first then order drinks so by the time you go pick up the food it should be ready. Don't forget to double check! I wish they would bring back the fruit Smoothies. They were soo good but I guess they didn't sell much.
