Insomnia Cookies - Boston

This place was the only option for late-night desserts in the area, but unfortunately, it didn't quite live up to expectations. Some of the cookies were just mediocre, while others, like the Funfetti, were actually quite delicious! The line outside was quite ridiculous, and I met a group who mentioned they had waited over an hour for just three cookies. I recommend ordering online instead! On a positive note, the staff were extremely polite and very understanding about the wait.

The cookies were tasty, but they weren't warm at all. Additionally, two of the six cookies we wanted were unavailable. It would have been helpful to know this at the time of ordering rather than being informed when we arrived for pick-up.

Typically, the cookies are fantastic, but I had a disappointing experience during my visit the other night. The batch I tried appeared to be undercooked, as they fell apart the moment I attempted to pick them up.

Cookies are good Snicker Doodles are way to small. The staff is very nice. Downside is their prices !!!! I purchased 3 chocolate chip oatmeal and 3 very thin snicker doddles.. 6 cookies cost me $24 and change. That's criminal!!!

Not only were the cookies delicious, this location delivered them exactly as I scheduled to be a birthday surprise. I couldn't be more pleased with their service well worth the money!
