Lower Mills Tavern - Boston

My server literally ignored us. Out of Water, out of drink, asked for another plate, another silverware set.. nothing.

Food was amazing! Service left a lot to be desired- I was there with 5 friends and one of my friends kept getting forgotten- she would ask for more water or another glass of wine and had to wait like 15-20 minutes, at one point the server did realize and apologized for the delay. Overall it was a fun night and we would come back again.

Usually we go every Friday night to eat and see a couple friends. Food is always very good but i do tend to get the wings and a cheeseburger. Service is always excellent and rarely have we had a bad experience. For an easygoing night with friends and some good food thrown in you can't go wrong at the Lower Mills Pub!!

Excellent and accommodating customer service with a smile.

I enjoyed the live music! It really added to the experience.
