Papa Razzi - Boston

It has been some time since have been to Papa Razzi. My companion (who was with me on my last visit) and I enjoyed the enjoyed the spaghetti Bolognese and the shrimp scampi. Kayla provided us with attentive service and spot on recommendations as we were having trouble making decisions about menu choices. The tasty, authentic pasta and reasonable prices made me come back to Papa Razzi!

Glacially slow service on a night with few diners. Server kept on coming up to the table and advising that the food is on its way (he did this for an hour) Veal Saltimbocca was gross out over cooked and the pile of pasta was cooked and re heated totally tasteless Salad was expensive but was tasty. Would not recommend this place, nor return.

Made a reservation and got stuck in a corner by the kitchen while everyone coming in after us were taken upstairs.

Good Italian food. Best in Back Bay. Food is very good. Outdoor dining is great. Service is slow. Like other good restaurants they seem to have lost some of their best to Encore.

Very good meal and excellent wine. The patio was quite nice as well. Our 4th time here and we are from out of state.
