Starbucks - Boston

The staff at this location is truly exceptional and friendly. The gentleman at the register this morning was delightful, engaging in conversation with customers while efficiently handling orders. It's one of the best Starbucks in the area. However, seating by the windows and at the handoff counter is limited, and it can get quite busy since it's located near several hospitals.

Every time I visit this Starbucks, the staff is always friendly, especially Shea! I swear she knows my order by heart. Whenever there's a mistake with my order, she always makes it right. Even when they're really busy, they handle the orders efficiently! I can see why she’s one of the managers. Keep up the great work, Starbucks!

This Starbucks is quite average. The baristas are friendly, but it can become quite hectic and confusing when it's busy.

First of all, the hours listed on Google are incorrect. I was actually headed to another café when I was surprised to find this one open. Secondly, the cashier seemed completely uninterested in taking my order. I had to repeat myself three times before I was able to place it. The worst part was that she didn’t even help me reload my card before charging me. When I asked if the payment had gone through, she just shrugged it off with an “oops” attitude and didn’t do anything to resolve the issue. On a positive note, the barista was friendly, which is why I'm giving an average star rating. However, I won’t be returning.
