Wendy's - Bowling Green

Came last night at 21:33 clock through the drive to order food. because my friend lasted a few minutes to decide what she wanted, the girl who said our order rudely, they will all order or what? we close soon. due to unnecessary rest we have taken over our business on the 31w bypass by wendy.

I love these wendys burger and pommes. always hot and tasty. also had an apple-pecan salad. refresh and huh on point. the personal was friendly and not long wait on the drive thru

The lobby has not been open for a year. the journey is prompted each time for short personal problems. owners bathe likely in money while they try to rent people for $9-10 per hour.

The staff were very rude to us when I asked to do a second order. The fries taste like paper. Did not even fill our drink all of the way either and forgot the straws. Not a good look for Wendys.

First, the service was absolutely wonderful. As a former restaurant GM I would take great service over bad food that great food over bad service. Now, the food was a long the line of less than acceptable in it 's taste, and more importantly amount, that I most likely have this restaurant as the last fast food restaurant I would ever visit in Bowling Green. All food was cold, and I live less than 5 mins away, there was not much taste to it but, more importantly to me was the amount was extremely insufficient. My chicken was completely covered by my biscuit but, even worse, my biscuit and gravy had less than 1/3 of 1 patty on the entire entree. 1/3of 1 patty as the ONLY source of meat on the entire entree. I do not allow my emotions to take over in life but, if things were different, I would most likely have a much, much less than pleasant attitude to accompany this review. Very, very disappointed. Especially considering I waited especially for this particular restaurant to open
