Tartufo Carbonara molto consigliato

I only took a photo after we ate half of the food unfortunately. They have a happy hour deal for an aperol spritz and 2 maritozzi (chef picks the flavors). Ours ended up being cacio e pepe and amatriciana. We booked on TheFork which was offering a discount at the time. Prices are OK, not bad. We ordered the fried burrata, meatballs in pesto, and pork shank. All tasted very good. Also, the interior is modern and comfortable. Great vibes, music isn’t too loud. Note: there is a cover charge 2 euros a person.

The best carbonara with truffle I’ve ever had, delightful with every piece of pasta like no other place either in Rome or Florence, The Tiramisu was yummy as well.
