Chicken is not cut properly. Why remove the skin from white meat? Gravy has also changed and is not in line with other Mary Brown's. Taters are always good and well seasoned. The staff is always very nice. I usually don't answer the virtue signaling answers from companies, but this time I took the bait and responded to the email address that it publishes. Guess what? No answer. They're just trying to save the face on Google reviews.

I don’t know what happened in the last month, whether it be new management or new people working there but everything has gone DOWNHILL! Bad food, bad service, bad atmosphere. The close knit family feel has disappeared. Won’t be coming back to waste my money!
