Chan's Kitchen - Bradford

Ordered a takeaway 14/10/23 at 7.30pm to be delivered. They said it would be a 1 hour wait. After repeatedly chasing after 1 hour food eventually arrived at 9.30pm cold. Whst a waste of £50 never again.

Great customer service, staff really friendly. We didn't have to wait too long for our food and the food was really lovely. Would recommend anyone to try Chans Kitchen the next time you're in Bingley

This is our go to Chinese takeaway. Our most recent was excellent as usual and delivery is always sooner than expected, Great menu choices always to be recommended

Great food and quick delivery. Their crispy seaweed is the best round as its not too salty. Have used many times and have not been let down yet. Beef in Black bean sauce and sesame chicken are favourites, and the dumplings are amazing, but be prepared to wait extra time for them. Always friendly delivery drivers.

Ordered 1/4 crispy duck and received a small tub of all I could describe it as scrap ends ! Not enough to fill 6 pancakes and cost me £10.50 ! I called to complain and was faced with people shouting in the back ground asked for a new portion to be sent but because they were busy that was not an option ! Absolutely disgusting customer service the excuse was ‘that’s the duck that the suppliers sent!. Livid !!! Also ordered crispy beef and the tub was 3/4 full ! Over £3 for chips and smallest bag ever ! Never again !
