Contribuisci feedbackI always choose to dine at this KFC branch because it is noticeably cleaner than other KFC restaurants in my area. The staff members are friendly and offer great assistance.
I ordered a three-piece chicken meal with fries, coleslaw, and a bottle of water from Deliveroo delivery. Unfortunately, the food that arrived in about 20 minutes was disappointing. The chicken pieces were dry and overcooked, the fries were missing, and there were some odd substitutes for fries. I ended up throwing the entire meal in the bin and will not be ordering from there again.
I think there is a case of people only bothering to review if something is wrong. We visited today and the service was excellent, even with a till issue the staff sorted things quickly and was very polite and friendly. The food was just what you want from KFC, all hot and tasty. The place was very clean and had clear COVID systems in place.
My partner ordered food through the drive-thru, but when we received our bags, several items were missing. Despite being told that the drinks were included, they were not in the bags. Additionally, part of my meal was missing and my partner's entire meal was missing. We had to drive back to the restaurant to get the order sorted out. It's baffling how they could get so much of our order wrong. We ordered 2 kids meals and 2 adult meals, yet they still managed to mess it up.
I ordered on the app and my daughter picked it up on her way home so she didn't know what came with the order. The popcorn chicken was missing and the gravy was watery as usual. As I bit into a piece of chicken, it tasted strongly of deodorant or perfume, not one of the 11 herbs and spices I was expecting. I've looked on the app to complain but as with all these companies, seems it's difficult to do so
