Spencer's Ice Cream - Bradley

The one star definitely isn't for the product but most definitely for the service that Anna provides. She's rude, demeaning and lacks a level of customer service skills. She should definitely not be in front of customers. I wasn't satisfied on how my sunday was made so I expressed my dissatisfaction (since I was the one paying for it). The young lady returned basically with everything upside-down and it looked bad. She advised that she did as Anna asked her which is pour everything out of the cup and pour it back in the cup the way I wanted. I asked for it to be remade. I couldn't believe my eyes/ears on how I was being treated by Anna. She basically says to me you should've told her what you wanted. I told her I was not from here but, I did stop the young lady and advised her what I wanted. It didn't happen. Basically she informed me that this is how we do here and slid the window close in my face. Indicating that rude is ok. If a situation ever escalates, she would be the reason why. I can imagine how she treats the kids she works with and service. I will not return here as long as she is there. She is also a bad example for the kids that work under and with her. She should be a cook in the kitchen.

Top notch ice-cream, now you have to find Spencer's.

Good milkshakes here my kids love the kid themed sundaes! Wish there were more strawberry flavors on the menu though!

What a fantastic and delicious gem of a restaurant! I visited for the first time today and tried their banana caramel sundae, which was absolutely delightful. The staff was incredibly friendly too. I highly recommend this place and will certainly be returning! 10/10.
