Caribou Coffee - Brainerd

Everyone here is amazing and so nice. Every drink I get is always made perfectly, this location is wonderful.

I?ve never had a bad experience at caribou until today. I ordered a medium roast with a shot of caramel, creamer and 2 sweet and lows. I?ve gotten the same drink at least a 1,000 times. I told her that it tasted off? she looked at me like I?m crazy and that I was lying. She had it made again and I told her it tasted bad? that maybe something was wrong with the coffee and to try it. She gives me a small cup of just the coffee? I told her it was bitter? and she had the

I've always had a great experience when I've came through caribou up until today when the chick at the drive thru window wanted to be rude to me for asking for a cup of ice that I asked for when I was ordering. She gave me a glass of water and told me that they don't give out large glasses of ice and that I didn't get charged for a glass of water. Needless to say I won't be giving them my business anymore after how rude she was to me.

This is a cabin Caribou. Therfore it is not a sit down store. Its focus is drive-thru. There is no public use or seating. This is based on speed of service.

Do you guys even put coffee in the drinks? And why open another Caribou when the other 3 stores in the area are low staffed??
