California Pizza Kitchen Braintree Priority Seating

Only the problem was that when I signed to feed there. I had to earn 100 points. that was the second time that I had eaten there with open table. now just to find out that we didn't earn the 100 points. shady.

30 minutes after my scheduled reservation time my wife and I went to our jubilee dinner. space is a sweat, gave no priority sitting. manager laughed in my face when I explained that they asked us to wait for a long time. will never go back

When we arrived, our waiter didn't want us in his section. it was very unpleasant. he was very rude. the host has helped us by erica instead. she was good, but it was very distracting with the other male waiter, who leans with others and the treatment of customers rude. he even made a family move out of those who were already in order to go into the section where our waiter was. another time another waiter came by and put our drinks on our table, she got the order wrong and we just turned the drinks around, then she accused us that our waiter told her that the order was. another table asked for a teller and she cried to her that they already got it. bad customer service skills or rather lacking there. Anyway, our waitress was very polite and helpful, although she was busy with two very rude employees. the food was delicious so kudos to the pizza cook.

Eating and the waiter were phenomenal. the only problem was that they didn't have it anywhere where I had made priority seats. they don't have my name in there.

So I made reservations for Saturday for 6 people and they weren't quite ready but it didn't take long. They had set up a nice big table for 6 and we had a very good waiter who was very attentive. They got everything right and everyone enjoyed their food. The food was great!!
