Thai Express Brampton

I’m a fan of Thai Express, but my experience at this location was deeply disappointing. The fried rice, usually a favorite, was completely off. It was burnt and filled with large onion chunks. Honestly, there wasn’t a single good thing about this meal. I wish I had chosen another restaurant at the food court. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner

This Thai Express location is the worst when it comes to the food taste and appearance of the food. I ordered my usual Pad Thai Veggie and Veggie Fried rise. I have tried multiple locations across GTA for the last many years, but this one is really not up to the Thai Express standard. Taste was really bad and look as well. Their hot sauce also looked very different. It was leaving pinkish /light reddish color on the food. The only good thing was quantity.

I love eating by thai express. I usually go to the hurontario street location. This time i went to the bramlea one due to my convenience. The old guy who takes order is so rude and arrogant. He wasnt able to understand my order first. He kept saying that no refund or returning back food. Then when i gave him the order he said i can do only one thing in an order not two. When i said just make it then he said you move back and let other order go somewhere else. I mean what kind of discrimination you guys are showing? He wasn’t able to speak english or communicate. Really disgusted. Would rather make it at home than to order. Really awful experience.

I ordered red curry here and asked for it to be spicy. I received a sweet, unsalted red curry. I took it back to the counter and was handed salt packets and hot chilli sauce with no apologies or an attempt to provide better service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Each time I come to the mall I never fail to eat here because they always make my go to meal really well and tasty Stanley is always a very nice customer server. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
