Very friendly! The staff welcomed me as soon as I entered and the store was super clean. Everything tasted delicious!

I like ice cream. This cold stone has no seat. It is very small and narrow inside. They do not mix my toppings with the ice as usual. The only reason why it has 2 stars is that they quickly pass our order.

I found a long hair in my ice cream. This is not the first review of this situation. Zach the ? I don't care when I brought it to his attention. If you don't have hair nets in any of the women, just hang ponytails? Owner states they provide, but obviously the current procedures work. Avoid this place so you don't have to take the risk. Apparently they don't care about the reason of food served there. This place should be examined

At first I was very annoyed and did not give the right waffle cone or the right amount of ice, but the manager came by for me replaced my order, made me worthy and happy that I spent my money in this place. Whoever the manager at this time and date you go girls thank you for correcting your employees mistakes and not that I feel like I'm wrong to bring it to your attention. I'll be back to spend more money here.

Definitely, Absolutely DO NOT come here unless you want to be treated like trash. I?ve ordered here before covid happened and it was good service. Now they have the most rudest staff working here. I came to order tonight and what I got in return was a staff member that seemed to hate her job, she couldn?t get an order correctly or even charge it to the correct cards. What a joke. Pls improve on your communication skill and respect one human being to another.
