The free camping next door is a great location the showers take $1 coins and are pretty new and spotlessly maintained.
Do yourself a favour and stop by this incredible place! We called in for coffee and cake close to closing one afternoon and we were welcomed with much warmth. All the cakes/slices/tarts are homemade and taste absolutely delightful! The coffee was also superb. If that wasn't enough, the good old country hospitality was just like the being with old friends. Can't wait to go back and try the savoury pies and have another cup of that coffee! Thank you Tim Timbers Cafe!
We needed at lunch stop during our drive across the state, and google reviews led us here and we are so glad it did. A gorgeous little gallery, with hospitality matching the feeling of 'coming home ' to family, and, the reason we visitied, delicious pies! The pastry is buttery and flaky, meat that falls apart (we had both a lamb and beef pie), and homemade gravy full of flavour! Thank you for making our stop an enjoyable experience; Elsie particularly loved the chickens, bunny, and alpacas next door
We loved this place. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The pies were great and home-made. Cafe come bar come shop.
Think you've had a great homemade pie before...? Well if you haven't been to Tin Timbers Cafe before chances are you haven't! We had eight pies in two days, and I'd go back to Tassie just for the Tin Timber PIES!!! Amazing! And a big thanks to Angelina for her warm hospitality, we certainly needed it with the wet start to the bike race...
