Cerbul Carpatin - Braşov

I stayed two hours to deliver two dishes for 4 people. the food is full of fat and tasteless, the house beer tastes like siphon and they do not even have salt and pepper on the table

We had to wait 2 hours for the food, waiters very unfriendly, first time in all my travel experiences I had such a bad service, we were 5 on an excursion and the guide warned us that the restaurants were very slow therefore we will...order everything at once including the bill, despite of everything it took all that time. I would never visit this place again, the manager was unfriendly too, 100 bad customers service.

We ate here after a long, hot day of touring, so we just had the soups, which were very good again. Most of the customers were on the square (outside), so that could explain why we had to chase the staff down to place our...order and pay. But overall, this was a good place. The decor was really good. A lot of these places have more exotic, underground seating areas, ask about these.

I came here today with my family. It was horrible experience. I was with tour for a trip. Tour gave us a 1 hour. We waited for a food 1 hour! We were late! I do not recommend to anyone. Very slow service and the...waiters who not interested with anyone for orders.

For dinner with the family and loved all the dishes. the location is great, which was excellent beyond and beyond. restaurant manager, mr. adrian, was extremely professional and helpful, helped us to select a great wein pinot grigio purcari. in any case recommend, this place, will be back...with each occasion.
