Unfortunately this is common and what our industry has to deal with. With all the resources and money your corporation has, try hiring a professional company to deep clean once a month or quarter. So much mold, lint, other people's hair. I can only imaginewhat my eyes can't see.
The gas prices were reasonable, and there were several food options available, including McDonald's and Subway, as well as snacks from the convenience store. The service was good. However, my main issue was that they placed a $151 hold on my account when I paid at the pump, which I found unacceptable. There was allegedly a sticker on the pump indicating this, but it must have been small because I didn't see it. A warning like that should be displayed prominently to catch customers' attention! It's frustrating that they would make the payment process less convenient. What if someone didn't notice the small sticker and didn’t have enough funds in their account? That could really put someone in a tough position, especially if they planned to buy dinner after filling up. I had enough money in my account to cover it, but I’m still not happy about this situation!
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to an unprofessional staff member who seemed unfamiliar with the current offers. Despite providing evidence through photos to support my claim of being overcharged, the employee continued to argue and then accused me of being rude. It would be helpful if staff took the time to learn their job properly before labeling customers as rude.
I stopped by to use the restrooms and was pleasantly surprised by how incredibly clean they were. This says a lot about the overall condition of the location, as everywhere I looked was spotless. The snack and drink selection was well-stocked as well. In addition to the usual gas station offerings, there's also a McDonald's and a Subway available.
