AMAZING! That's all I can say about the smoked chicken salad. It is simply delicious and every time I get a container, it rarely lasts long. It is incredibly tasty. When you go, make sure to grab a couple of tubs to take home. I enjoy mine with hot sauce and use it as a dip with Pita chips or sometimes I even pair it with crackers. This is the best chicken salad I have ever had! My mouth is watering just thinking about it.

I was very impressed with the service and menu options at this restaurant. I highly recommend trying the delicious boudin and grabbing some of their smoked chicken salad for a fantastic sandwich option!

The Boudin at this restaurant is incredibly delicious. Both the smoked and regular versions have the perfect combination of meat and rice. The level of spice is just right. The price is excellent and the owner is very welcoming.
