Placed an order at 6.30pm with estimated delivery time of 8.06pm, rang at 8.40pm to be told it’s on its way, eventually arrived 25mins later! We were so hungry so started eating but chips were cold we had to re heat them. Pizza was not overly warm but again re heated. Chicken Pesto Panini was stone cold with no Pesto. Rang to complain but the attitude of the call handler was dreadful. Apparently they can’t keep up with orders tonight as they are too busy why keep taking them then? I asked if a refund would be offered but there was nobody available to make that decision as the Manager is off sick. The call handler went to speak to the Kitchen staff the way she spoke about me was appalling I confronted her with it when she returned asked for her name but she refused to give it to me. I asked for the Managers name contact details but once again this information was refused. We order from this restaurant often the service has always been fantastic, sadly I cannot say the same tonight
We ordered two chicken burgers at 7pm with an estimated delivery time of 8.36pm. We have never had any issues with this restaurant before and are regular customers, but tonight's service was disappointing. After waiting for 2 hours and still not receiving our food, we called three times. Each time, we were told that others were also experiencing delays, which was not acceptable to us. Despite being promised that our food was on its way, it never arrived. When we asked for a refund, we were met with attitude and excuses. Eventually, at 9pm, we demanded a refund and cancelled our order. It was unacceptable how long we had to wait and the lack of customer service. This experience completely ruined our evening. If a restaurant cannot fulfill takeaway orders efficiently, they should not be open. It should not take 2 hours to make a simple chicken burger. There was no apology or offer of compensation for the inconvenience. This level of service is despicable and we will not be returning.
Very disappointing. Our pizza came 40 minutes late and they refuse to even apologize! We had to call twice about it and they clearly didn't know where it was. We asked if the delay was because of other deliveries in the area, and they said there were no more deliveries in three area, but the delivery drivers car has loads of pizza in his car! They completely lied because they had no clue what was going on! Just silly. Pizza was just ok, so it's not really worth it. There are way better pizza places in the area, so no need to give these folks your money.. Look at other reviews, they clearly have a delivery time problem. The heavy they wouldn't even acknowledge they were late was just ridiculous and shows how they treat customers.
I have been living in Italy for too long. Before going, I thought TIJ was fine, so I decided to order takeout tonight. It took 2 hours for my order to be delivered, which was not good. It seems like they prioritize walk-in customers. I ordered thin crust, but the pizza was so bad that it was hard to tell if it was actually thin crust. The whole experience was revolting. There was an excessive amount of ordinary cheese with minimal toppings. I am disappointed that a place that used to serve good food, or at least was good the last time I ordered from them, is now so terrible. It was also quite expensive.
