Starbucks - Brecksville

The first time my wife and I went to Starbucks. Service was excellent. The frozen drinks were great on a very hot day.

Best Starbucks I was ever too! Today is my birthday and I actually didn't have the best birthday, but I came in and Kyle was great I told him it was my birthday he gave me the birthday discount and wished me a happy birthday! It's the little things people brighten day! Thank you Kyle!

As a Starbucks fanatic, this is by far one of the best locations I have been to in Ohio. You have staff that are interested in their job and keep a smile on their face, providing the positive vibes that this Starbucks has. Most of the time the drinks are amazing, however, there will be times will your drink will be not customized the way you mobile ordered it or simply won't taste right. For example, one time I ordered a cold brew with 4 pumps toasted white mocha with vanilla cold foam and they didn't put the cold foam on it but still charged me a dollar! But is was no biggie since my drink was still delightful. The scenery and furniture of this place really sets its tone making it the perfect work space besides when loud teenagers from school come in. But hey, we were all an obnoxious teenager at some point right? My favorite worker, I do not know her name, but she is an older woman with brown hair and a great personality. She always makes my day a little bit better with her kind attitude when she serves me at the cash register. Overall a great Starbucks with wonderful people and great drinks.

Fast, clean, correct ordering service. The staff is very excited and occasionally funny. Rarely you find that you can't order anything because it's very good in stock. Many seats are available, good lighting. Nice place to chat with friends or study. Two fast stop parking spaces are available for gripping.

What a nice starbucks. Staff are friendly and helpful. I have to give this place 5 stars. Why do you ask? You are able to keep the online orders and the walk in the traffic. Other locations are not so efficient. You're all great. I'll give you every chance I get.
