Sawmeal - Brent

The food was great. We came to lunch Sunday at 3:00. We have a table without problems. The servers were very busy and not very often checked, but we ate at the buffet and were satisfied with the selection. The price was very reasonable.

Didn't eat here for a few years, so it was nice to be back. The place has not changed much and the food is still good and fresh. We had cookies and sausages, eggs and bacon. The coffee is hot and fresh, so everything is still a good place for a warm breakfast. Nothing gourmet about this country restaurant, just good food and friendly people.

Always great food... especially on Wednesday with the fried pork chops on the buffet.... and a salad bar that is from this world.

The Sawmeal Restaurant was not as we expected. The hot bar was a bit naked with empty pans, but they ran little food at the hot bar. They apologized and tried to refill the food bar as well as possible. Service was great. There was a warm feeling. Electricity was in a lot of houses company due to Hurricane Zeda such a hot meal was needed after a few days without electricity.. There are many friendly people in our small town The Sawmeal Restaurant is a great place to relax. We Alabama people are not suitable for hurricanes at all

The seafood buffet is delicious and the people work there are very kind. One of the waitresses Debra she kept me company and I really enjoyed myself and I'll be coming back.
